Setelah mengeluarkan versi Stylus 3, LG mengeluarkan Stylo 3 Plus beberapa bulan setelahnya. Dengan spesifikasi yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan Stylus 3 terdapat beberapa peningkatan pada Stylo 3 Plus ini.

Stylo 3 Plus dilengkapi dengan stylus pen yang nyaman digunakan. Terdapat juga Pen Pop 2.0 yang akan memberikan pilihan menu seperti Pop Memo, Pop Scanner, Capture + yang akan keluar ketika stylus pen dicabut dari tempat penyimpanannya. Terdapat juga fitur screen-off memo, disini pengguna tetap bisa menggunakan memo walaupun smartphonenya tidak menyala.

Stylo 3 Plus memiliki ukuran layar sebesar 5.7 inches. Peningkatan yang di dapat versi plus adalah resolusinya yang semakin tinggi yaitu 1920 x  1080. Dilengkapi dengan finger print yang berada di belakang body smartphone sehingga memudahkan dalam membuka smartphone.

Stylo 3 Plus memiliki primary camera sebesar 13 MP. Fitur GIF Capture juga memungkinkan pengguna membuat animasi GIF tanpa membutuhkan aplikasi tambahan. Dilengkapi dengan fitur Pop Lens sehingga gambar di zoom dengan mudah. Untuk kamera depan, Stylo 3 Plus dilengkapi dengan 5 MP kamera.

Kapasitas baterai Stylo 3 Plus sebesar 3,080 mAh. Versi plus telah dilengkapi dengan Quick Charge 2.0 sehingga mengisi baterai akan jauh lebih cepat. Baterai yang terdapat dalam Stylo 3 Plus dapat dilepas, ini menunjukan bahwa Stylo 3 Plus tidak tahan air.

Stylo 3 Plus dibekali dengan Qualcolmm’s Snapdragon 435. Sedangkan untuk RAM Stylo 3 Plus dibekali 2 GB. Memori internal yang ditawarkan versi plus lebih besar dari Stylus 3, yaitu sebesar 32 GB dan bisa ditambah dengan memori eksternal. Sistem operasi yang terdapat dalam Stylo 3 Plus adalah Android Nougat 7.0
