OnePlus 3 membawa tampilan desain yang elegan. Smartphone ini hadir dengan membawa layar Optic AMOLED capacitive touchscreen berukuran 5,5 inci. Layar tersebut memiliki resolusi sebesar 1080 x 1920 pixels dengan ratio 16:9.Adapun untuk ukuran dimensinya yaitu 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.4 mm dengan bobot 158 g, sehingga handphone ini akan terasa nyaman ketika dipegang.
