Oppo N1 hadir dengan versi Oppo N1 Mini. Tidak terdapat banyak perbedaan antara Oppo N1 dan Oppo N1 Mini, hanya perbedaan pada layar, prosesor, baterai, dan juga Oppo N1 Mini sudah support teknologi 4G LTE tidak seperti Oppo N1. Keunggulan masih pada kamera dan fitur-fiturnya.

Baik Oppo N1 dan Oppo N1 Mini sama-sama hanya memiliki satu kemera. Uniknya, walau hanya satu kamera, kamera ini dapat diputar menjadi kamera depan dan kamera belakang. Oppo N1 Mini memiliki 13 MP camera lengkap dengan LED Flash. Dengan kamera ini akan memberikan pengalaman ber-selfie yang maksimal dengan gambar tajam dan jernih. Kamera ini juga bisa dipakai untuk selfie di tempat gelap karena tersedianya LED Flash.

Oppo N1 Mini hadir dengan layar 5.0 inches, hanya berbeda 0.9 inches dari Oppo N1. Dengan layar sebesar ini akan memberikan pengalaman bermain game dan menonton yang lebih maksimal. Resolusi yang dimiliki smartphone ini adalah resolusi HD standar yaitu 720 x 1280 pixel sehingga layar terlihat jelas dan tajam.

Dibekali dengan Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 400. RAM yang dimiliki Oppo N1 Mini sebesar 2 GB, terbilang besar untuk menjalankan aplikasi game yang berat atau menjalankan dua atau lebih aplikasi sekaligus. Oppo N1 Mini memiliki 16 GB memori, sayangnya tidak dapat ditambah dengan memori eksternal. Sistem operasi yang dijalankan pada Oppo N1 ini adalah ColorOS 1.4 dengan Android Jelly Bean 4.3 sebagai basenya.
